1

Rail vehicles follow fixed tracks and cannot swerve around you. At an unregulated conflict, road users give way to rail vehicles; do not assume ordinary priority-to-the-right resolves it.

2

Qualified officers and applicable traffic signals still matter. Identify the signal intended for your movement; special public-transport signals are not ordinary permission for your car.

3

Never queue on tracks when the exit is blocked. Look for passengers and pedestrians near stops, follow local lane restrictions and leave enough room for the tram to pass.
