Signs and road markings →Beginning of cycle zone

Purpose and student action
Identify the road regime, destination or service. A change of road regime can change the applicable driving rules.
Read · decide · act
- Decide whether the sign identifies a road regime, destination, facility or local name.
- If it starts or ends a road regime, apply that regime’s rules, not just the picture.
- Plan lane changes early; never cross a prohibited line to recover a missed exit.

In a cycle zone, the maximum is 30 km/h and motor vehicles may not overtake cyclists. F111 starts and F113 ends the zone. Do not confuse this regime with a separate cycle track.
