Terms of service

RIJLER provides free independent education, practice and simplified simulations. It is not a driving school, examination authority or government-certified examination. Use current official regional rules and professional driving instruction. Do not use the service while operating a real vehicle. Scores never guarantee a licence or safe driving ability.

Advertising

RIJLER may display clearly labelled contextual advertisements, including driving-school promotions. Advertisements are separate from lessons, scoring and official recognition. We do not give advertisers account, examination or learning records. External advertiser links have their own policies. No third-party advertising trackers are currently used. Accepting these terms does not subscribe you to marketing email or consent to non-essential tracking.

Optional contributions

Contributions to EMIXANA TECHNOLOGIES are voluntary and never required for registration, lessons or tests. They buy no result, advantage, certificate or advertising placement. Bank transfers are handled by your bank; RIJLER does not receive your online-banking credentials. No charitable status or tax deduction is promised. Contact info@rijler.com about a mistaken transfer; no universal refund entitlement is asserted.

Privacy and legal limits

EMIXANA TECHNOLOGIES operates RIJLER. Contact info@rijler.com to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your account data, or use the signed-in data export. Essential session/security and language cookies are used; the welcome-film preference is stored locally. No analytics or advertising tracking consent is required to learn. Account data includes password hashes, progress, answers, exam snapshots and simulator reports. Records remain until operator deletion; no automatic retention schedule is implemented. Registration acceptance records store policy version, time, language and a document hash. We take reasonable care but cannot promise error-free content or continuous availability. Nothing excludes liability that applicable mandatory law does not allow to be excluded, or removes statutory consumer/data-protection rights. Belgian law applies subject to mandatory protections and competent courts.

Free educational service

RIJLER, powered by EMIXANA, provides independent study material and simplified simulations. It is not a licensing authority or an official theory/practical examination. Scores and completion do not certify fitness to drive or guarantee a pass. Use a qualified instructor and the current regional rules.

Safe use and limits

Never use the application while actually driving. First-aid material is introductory and does not replace emergency dispatch or practical certification. Check sources and the vehicle handbook. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee of completeness or uninterrupted service is given. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. This is not a blanket waiver of responsibility.

Fair use and content

Do not attack the service, impersonate others, submit unlawful advertising or copy content without appropriate rights. Published statutory illustrations retain their attribution. Report suspected inaccuracies to the operator. Terms may change prospectively; applicable mandatory law prevails.

Privacy and storage

We store account name/email, a password hash, security sessions, learning progress, answers, examination snapshots and simulator reports/replay. Administrators can manage accounts/content; advertisers cannot access student data. Practice accident/payment entries are evaluated without being saved as accident claims or payment records. Learning records currently remain until operator deletion; no automatic retention period is implemented. Request access, correction, erasure or restrictions through the operator; supervisory complaints may be made to the Belgian Data Protection Authority. Cookies, promotions and donations

Security/session and language cookies support the service. No third-party analytics, profiling or advertising scripts are loaded. Contextual ads are clearly labelled; optional pop-ups use a tab-local opt-in that can be turned off on the support page. No pop-ups run during tests. Donations are voluntary and do not unlock education. External advertisers/payment pages have their own terms/privacy; no card details are collected here. A donor tax deduction is not promised.
