Understand your car and road life →Tyres, grip and wet roads
Road-life decision workshop
Make one decision at a time. Learn from each result, retry mistakes and keep your completed training report.
Start a situation →Interactive car laboratory
Change a control and observe why the result changes. These are simplified teaching models, not measurements for a real vehicle.
Interactive car laboratory →- Check cold tyre pressure using the vehicle placard/handbook, including the load setting. The sidewall maximum is not your routine target.
- Look for cuts, bulges, trapped objects and uneven wear. A pressure warning needs checking; resetting a sensor does not repair a puncture.
- Water, ice and loose surfaces reduce usable grip. Increase following space, slow before bends and avoid abrupt steering or braking.
- If steering becomes light in standing water, ease off progressively, hold a steady direction and avoid sudden inputs while grip returns. Do not use cruise control in unsuitable conditions.
