Understand your car and road life →Hazards, first aid and emergency calls
Road-life decision workshop
Make one decision at a time. Learn from each result, retry mistakes and keep your completed training report.
Start a situation →Interactive car laboratory
Change a control and observe why the result changes. These are simplified teaching models, not measurements for a real vehicle.
Interactive car laboratory →Learning, not a first-aid qualification. In a real emergency call 112 and follow the dispatcher.
- Protect yourself first: stop safely, avoid traffic, fire and electrical hazards, and warn others without entering danger. At an unsafe motorway scene, wait behind a barrier where possible.
- In Belgium call 112 for urgent medical help or fire, and 101 for urgent police help. Give exact location, direction, hazards and number of casualties. Follow the dispatcher and do not hang up until told.
- Do not move an injured person unless immediate danger requires it. Do not casually remove a motorcyclist’s helmet, give food/drink or medication. Reassure and keep warm while waiting.
- If unresponsive and not breathing normally, call 112 on speaker and follow CPR instructions; send someone for an AED. Adult CPR uses 30 compressions and 2 breaths if trained and able; otherwise follow dispatcher guidance for compressions. Turn on the AED and follow it; nobody touches during analysis/shock. Take hands-on training.
- For serious external bleeding, protect yourself with gloves if available and apply firm direct pressure with a clean dressing while someone calls 112. Do not remove an embedded object; follow the dispatcher. Avoid invasive techniques without training.
